Mindfulness Team Training

Recently, we gathered our food and beverage teams to participate in a multi-day mindfulness training program led by Andrea Marenco née Prema Snyder, a Costa Rican yoga educator and meditation teacher focused on self-inquiry. Our intention was to explore how mindfulness practice could benefit our day to day experience, both in and out of the workplace. Together, the team moved, explored, played, and strengthened their connections with one another. The process helped us learn to be more present, discover more joy each day, communicate effectively, and work together with genuine love and empathy.
